- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

## 4. Permissions and Access

The App requires the following permissions to function:
- **SMS Access**: To read and process SMS messages to identify receipts and bills
- **Camera Access**: To scan receipts and documents
- **Storage Access**: To save receipt images and data locally on your device

By using the App, you grant these permissions. All data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

## 5. Data Processing and Privacy

### 5.1 Local Processing
All receipt data, SMS content, and scanned images are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers.

### 5.2 Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data processed and stored by the App. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

### 5.3 Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the App or using the App's delete features. We do not retain copies of your data after deletion.

## 6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by D&K IT and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OF RECEIPT SCANNING OR DATA EXTRACTION

We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The accuracy of SMS processing or receipt identification
- The security of data stored on your device

## 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, D&K IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in receipt scanning or data extraction
- Loss or corruption of your data
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

## 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D&K IT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any content or data you submit through the App

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising services. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or your interactions with advertisers.
